These terms cover the Frontbay website and Frontbay text messages. Frontbay is a trade name of [LLC LEGAL NAME], an Arizona limited liability company. Paid service for shops is covered by the agreement each shop signs at setup.
Text messaging program
- Program: Frontbay text messages.
- What you'll get: If you are a shop owner, calls and texts about your audit, meeting confirmations and reminders, account updates, lead and call summaries for your shop, and occasional updates and offers from Frontbay. If you contacted a shop we work for, texts about your request, such as appointment confirmations and follow-ups for the service you asked about.
- How you sign up: by checking the text consent box on our form, texting the keyword AUDIT to our number, or agreeing to a text during a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more messages unless you sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP, email hello@frontbay.ai, or call (480) 908-9203.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website
The website and demo line are provided for information. The demo line is a sample shop, not a real business, and calls to it are recorded. Don't use the site or demo line for anything unlawful or to disrupt the service.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Frontbay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
